BILLY "T" is a versatile performer who has performed Opera Arias, songs by Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin & many Country Artists.

After Single Studies in Operatic Performance at Elder Conservatorium William was encouraged to also sing Country songs as well as Australian Ballads.

He has always love the country music coming from a long line of landowners in the Flinders Ranges of South Australia. These roots have stayed with him and in 2006 created the name BILLY "T" for himself as a stage name. After many experiments with songs and trying to establish the sound he wanted his main focus was performing the songs of the legendary Johnny Cash.

He has had several talented people come through the band over that time and some have pursued their own bands and sounds. However he feels he now has a great band that are highly talented and who work hard to achieve the best results for their many fans.

BILLY "T" & the Free Spirits are a very popular band however they do not rest on their laurels and are always striving to better things.

At the performances Clients can have a full Tribute to Johnny Cash over 2-3 hours or they can have a set or 2 of other country artists as well as a bracket of Cash, it is up to the Client to select the right mix for their occasion.
