Adelaide Bass PELHAM ANDREWS was a young artist of the State Opera of South Australia in 2000, and has performed in more than a dozen productions as a chorister with that company.

As a soloist he has performed Handel’s Messiah and the Fauré and Mozart Requiems (Adelaide Harmony Choir and Cantamus), the Waiter and the Submariner in “On the Beach” (Opera SA), and in regular recitals in Adelaide and Sydney.

He is also singing and recording Russian folk music with the Adelaide Balalaikas.

In 2003 Pelham was the winner of the South Australian Aria and a finalist in the National Operatic Aria, and he is gradually raising the funds to pursue further study overseas.
